To compile my Artbook, I looked at both the content and layout of the Darksiders Artbook.

Winter Work: Life drawing composite

During life drawing, I asked the model to assume two distinct poses, so I could combine the two into a pose suited for a character that has a distinctly alien body. I felt it was somewhat successful, but some of the more interesting poses I would have liked to use with this technique, were too difficult for the model to hold for a prolonged period.

Winter Work: Quick Poses, Life Drawing

During this life drawing session, I asked the model to adopt several poses that would aid me in my character designs, allowing me to see how the anatomy would appear whilst in those positions. While I could'nt get the exact poses I wanted/required, I plan to make a series of drawings that are developed from these images using my character designs and previous anatomical notes.
